Absolutely DO NOT go there..I went in with a broken denture that needed repaired. The staff forced X-rays and an exam on me before they would repair them. When I did get them back, the fit was not there. Totally different than what I had before. The dentures rocked in my mouth and they would not do anything else to realign them since that was what i paid for. I Was charged $472 and then they broke again that night when eating a baked a soft baked potato. Totally incompetent staff and pricing is way out of line. They add and add to the bill to drive the price up. Repeat NEVER go there. Price gouging to the max!!!

From the time I walked in the front door till the time I checked out, the staff was very kind. They communicated so amazingly and explained everything they were doing. They answered all my questions in detail. I had come here for a second opinion and I'm glad I did. They thoroughly went over my treatment plan and options. They never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable and they are extremely non judgemental. I look forward to my next appointment.

It is bad because they did not take my insurance which I drove till a half hour there to get there and then they said they don’t take my insurance waste gas so yeah so I am not happy at all

I was very pleased with the staff, all were very professional and nice. They gave me options that I didn’t get at another denture company. The dentist explained the options to me and I chose partial dentures. Emily my hygienist was great. I would recommend Aspen dental to everyone. Can’t wait to get my smile back.??????

Called made an appointment told them what was wrong and said the insurance company. They didn't say anything at the time. Waited till they open just to be told my insurance isn't accepted. Left with nothing done.

If you want a Corporate Dental experience, then Aspen Dental is for you. It's run like a money grubbing business instead of running like a personal dentist/patient relationship. I made an appointment for a cleaning, and had everything done, but a cleaning. I was give a care plan and a layout of expenses. It was the worst dental experience in my life. Now, I have to go back to their office, fill out a HIPPA form, and wait 7-10 days for my x-rays and records to go through CORPORATE to an out of network dentist. In addition, the cost of the services out of Network are 10 x less than CORPORATE BUSINESS DEAL ASPEN. DON'T GO to ASPEN DENTAL in Greenwood, or anywhere for that matter.

Dental Aspen Greenwood tried to make the clean up at all cost. When asked an itemized bill the financial lady was very rude and could not explain why w/o performing the service, the value still showing up in the itemized list. She asked my signature which I declined to sign w/o removing the service not done. She mentioned it was normal with the argument my insurance would pay. Hellooo, you did not perform the job.

I really don't enjoy going to the dentist, but going to Aspen Dental is enjoyable. The staff is so pleasant. They are very kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!!

I had a cleaning scheduled for 1:00pm, I arrived at 15 minutes early as requested despite the staff being on their lunch break at this time. I walked out of the office at 2:16pm and they never even STARTED the cleaning on my teeth

I took my grand mother related to tooth ache today at aspen. The doctor and hygienist were great how ever I am disappointed at office staff. I was told my total today is $205 that includes brush, anti bacterial rinse and paste to take home. I was never once shown breakdown of each. When I saw the breakdown my 89 yrs old grand mother was given electric tooth brush cost $135, which she said she is not comfortable using it. I asked the office staff if I can return electric tooth brush an unopened box with in an hour of leaving office, I was told it’s not returnable. Her antibacterial rinse was only $36 and antimicrobial gel was $34. The lady insisted she showed us breakdown. This attached pic was page I was shown as of total and had me sign on magnet clip board. It would have been nice to show breakdown before charging us total amount. Very disappointed!
