I bought a pair of pants there in November and they were the wrong size so I went to the store to exchange them. They didn’t have it in my size so there is ordered them after 12 days of not having any updated on shipment. I called the store to get an update and they said it would take two business weeks to ship which would be in two days so after The past I called the store again and they said they would look into it. They called me a couple days later, stating that they canceled my order because they didn’t have my A full refund they only refunded me for my shipping. They didn’t refund me for the $80 I spent on the pants it is now January 4 and I’m still waiting for my refund and the manager is not getting back to me.

Cat was amazing!!! She got me right together for my trip to the Bahamas! A appreciate her. She also recommended different stores to me too which was a plus, because I was about to lose my mind last minute shopping.

Catryce was very helpful today. I needed two pairs of shoes that wasn’t out on the sales floor. She made it her duty to find both in the back. She didn’t stop looking until she found both pair. She was very pleasant!! Thank you so much. You made my shopping experience a great one!

I was just helped by the best manager at Akira in greenwood! Cat was amazing and quick with helping me add finishing touches to my outfit for a concert. She is the best I’ve ever met by far in this store. ❤️

Catryce, the Operations Manager is an All Star. The store is clean,and organized and she is consistently friendly, patient, and a woman on style and grace. A real joy to work with. She is the reason I prefer the Greenwood store over Castleton.
