Every time I visit this store it seems Ryan is working. He is very kind and helpful. Great customer service. I also got a car key and fob made here, which I tell everyone about because the price you can’t beat!

I went into this Ace Hardware location in Greenwood to buy a couple paint supplies. It appeared to be a bunch of younger kids working there and they were all super helpful!
I never knew this location even existed till I looked it up and found it was close to work. I will definitely use this location again. Everyone was very friendly and approachable.

The clerk was very nice and efficient when I came in to pick up an online purchase. And, another clerk was very accommodating in carrying out to my car.

Not only was I helped as soon as I went inside they were making customers hot dogs outside. I was showed to my isle and got my pipe very easy. Great experience.

From the moment I walked in, I was helped within 10 seconds. I was in the store for a total of 5 minutes and was asked if I needed anything no less that 4 times. What an incredible contrast so many other stores! Everyone was polite and engaging and helpful. This will definitely having me coming back again and again. Great job today, Ace team. You got my business!

First off let me start with Poor Customer Service Mitchell. He will not come out and talk to the customer about any issues they have. So I have a Big Green Egg grill which is warranted. I was trying to get assistance with doing the warranty claim and they told me everything was online now ok understand. Filed online which gives you a QR code for the store to scan went back in for this and they said that they were not able to access it. Finally I reached out to Big Green Egg and got the parts shipped to the store. Went in and picked up one of the parts and the other wasn’t there asked about it the other part and was told that is all for the claim by a cashier because Mitchell again will not talk to the customer. I hope the owner of this store see this and fixes this. Customer service training.

Total lack of customer service today. No one lifted a finger to assist me even after I told two of the employees that I couldn't believe that no one was helping me! I purchased a Suncast hose reel in April, and the hose lead had broken. I took all the pieces into the store, plus the receipt, and the cashier told me they could not issue a refund. Which I understand, but then no one proceeded to assist me when I asked about reaching out to Suncast and what the warranty might be. The cashier just pointed off into the general direction of the center of the store and said, "They're over there." I left the store, went over to the chain store about a mile away, and that employee was very happy to help me find what I needed so I won't have to wait while Suncast takes care of my replacement part. Ace Hardware, you need to do better than this!!
