I want to express how truly outstanding this veterinary office in Greenwood, Indiana and its team are. The veterinarian, Tracy Venson, DVM has remarkable expertise and the staffs empathy Foster wonderful customer service interactions. It takes leadership veterinarians to create a dream team. Their exceptional medical knowledge, combined with their ability to clearly communicate and educate clients about pet care, especially for our elderly pet is truly extraordinary. They manage to provide this level of care, even amidst their busy schedules and rotations of all kinds of clients and animals.
Their use of lab science and detailed discussions of symptoms facilitate difficult conversations, equipping clients with information needed to make informed decisions about their pets’ care. This approach is invaluable and deeply appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this unique veterinary office to everyone with senior dogs.
