Called for a jump start. When the truck showed up, the driver indicated he had been told a tow was needed due to a dispatcher who was quick to rush me off the phone. The driver had no jumper cables so we had to wait for an extended period for second truck to arrive with the proper equipment. Had the dispatcher listened to the request, the correct equipment could have been sent to begin with. The back up driver, Shawn, was excellent. Not only did he apologize for the dispatcher error, he got my car running and then followed me to Firestone to make sure I got there without issue. Shawn was one of most service-minded individuals I've come across. One star review based on the dispatch. Five star rating given based on Shawn's professional attitude and going above expectations to make sure I got to Firestone safely.

I gave this place a call after my truck got bulldozed by a hit and run semi, dispatch was very friendly and was able to arrange a driver to show up at a certain time that day, the driver on the other hand was a different story, after loading up the truck and headed to the shop he was texting and doodling on the phone while booking it down the highway, I got pretty paranoid since my lower ball joints were shot and the wheels are slanted quite a bit but whoever was on the phone was more important…Service: Car towing

Guaranteed to give fair pricing, and meet (or exceed) the ETA that they give you. They also have Hannas and Grahams Wrecker Service, so if one of their trucks can reach you quicker, they will send them. The best towing service in Indy!

Got to my car pretty quick. Was very careful when loading my car making sure the front end did not scrape the pavement. Delivered to dealership within 30 minutes and even called to let us know it was delivered. Very affordable great service would highly recommend
