Thank you so much for addressing my concerns with my vehicle. And thank you so much for not taking advantage of the situation and being honest with me. A huge thank you to the gentleman that took the time to test and run the car. When the computer had been reset a couple of days prior it must have fixed the problem. No issues since. Thank you again!

It took them 7 days to just look at my car to figure what might be wrong and 2 more to give the actual estimate and get it fixed. I was told timing was due to he was the only one doing his job (pricing/ordering parts, etc) and there were so many vehicles before me. May I suggest if you have that much business you should be able to afford to hire someone to help you in that capacity to improve your customer service.

All our vehicles are serviced at Jack's. We have our oil changed and tires rotated there. When we are in need of a new tire, they are the ones we call. We trust them with our vehicles and always get checked out before going on long trips.

Worst place I’ve ever been to. Has never charged me less than $500 for any service given. I’ve taken my car there numerous time to get the check engine light off, and all they do is clear it so that it goes off for a little bit and than it comes back on after driving. Sick of taking my car there to get fixed for the same reason over and over and spending thousands of dollars every single time because they don’t fix it right. Recommend to go anywhere but here.

Jack's Tire Pro in Greenville is excellent. They have provided exceptional, cost effective service to my family for years.They even came to my house to jump my car when the battery went bad. They came out quickly and ensured I made it to work on time!!I cannot give a high enough review for this business. Thank you Jack's!

Kept vehicle for a week and it was still have having some issues after we picked it up and hose was replaced. We were repeatedly chastised for not making an appointment although we were never told we needed one in the 1st place. First and last time customers! Don't waste your time!

Had a window motor replaced, they ended up breaking part of the door console controls and when we noticed they acted like it wasnt them. I was polite and have them the chance to correct it and after 5 days we had ti follow up with them because nobody called us. They said they could not find the part and suggested epoxy, then tried to charge me for it. Suggested I was lying to them. Very rude at the counter each time, like I'm doing them a favor for coming in. Finally comped the $25 in labor and said they would have to charge me next time since it's an old car.Sorry, you wont have to worry about that since I'll never be back.

We appreciate all the hard work and integrity Jack tires people has been proving us for years. I should have write this review to them long time ago. Special Thanks to Brad who we see at front desk for listening and helping us navigate through making a good decision for our car problems. We are thankful for people like you all. Who work hard and do the right thing for right reason. Highly recommended this place. if you have any car problems jack tires in Greenville should be you first choice.

It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review. I have been taking my vehicles here for oil changes, tires and brakes for at least 8 years now. Someone backed into my daughters car and did some damage to the radiator. Jacks recommended that we put a new radiator in and we proceeded with that. Not a week later after the radiator was replaced, the car started having some transmission slips. Luckily my brother in law has a lift in his garage and I took the car there, we discovered that the nut to the transmission coolant line that hooks up to the radiator was not tightened. The entire o-ring was visible and the transmission reservoir was completely empty. The entire drivers side under carriage, wheels, brakes were completely covered in transmission fluid, not to mention the driveways where fluid had been left behind. I contacted Jacks about the radiator and they said they would make it right, after my brother in law and I spent nearly 1.5 hrs tightening the nut ourselves, as it was in a very hard to reach location. I asked them to clean up the mess and make sure the repair was fixed. They had it and said they replaced the nut again, but they did Absolutely nothing to clean up the underside of the vehicle or the tires. I had my daughter go straight to the car wash after we picked it up to try and get as much off as possible, still residue on there. Fast forward a few weeks and we took the car somewhere else for the oil change (because I was determined not to give Jacks any more business) and the new oil change company said the light bulbs were good but the wire that connected them had been severed. So my wife calls jacks today to see if they would fix it. They basically told her to drop it off and they would look at it when they could, while insinuating the wire issue could be from me putting it on the lift to see what was going on. This was unfortunately not the first incident we had with Jacks, we, however gave them a second and third chance. We will not be using their service again. It's very unfortunate to see the decrease in service and customer service the past several years.
