Decent pricing, easy to access, anything that would prevent entrance to our until has been very clearly communicated ahead of time. I do wish there was a slightly more reliable website as I frequently have issues getting the website to load to make a payment.

The facility is secure, kept up (no trash around at all) and conveniently located. The rental process is streamlined by the online application.. I rented a small unit. It was very clean, which is not what I have experienced with past storage facilities. Also in the past, when I’ve rented storage units, the facility provided locks; I like that I was able to use my own lock here.

I've had a few units at Greenville Storage in the last six months and have been really happy with the experience. The lot is always clean, the gate is always functional, the port a john out front is always stocked and as fresh as a port a john can be, and they communicate clearly in a conveniently automated way. The only downside is the distance from where we wound up moving, so we've since vacated our units. Still, it was an excellent user experience, and the 24/7 gate access is SO convenient! I really can't recommend these guys highly enough, AND their prices are reasonable!

We had the best experience with our unit at Greenville Storage. The place was always clean. The gate worked each time and the online site was easy to use. We never had any rodent of pest issues that we have had at other facilities. I wanted to give them a great review because it truly was a great experience. We will use them again if we are in need of a unit.

The owner does seem nice and even gave us a month rent free because we ran into so many problems with getting locked out constantly (even tho we have bank proof we paid on time) and our things were even scheduled to be auctioned off two different times by mistake of their computer. We seem to have to give the payment confirmation number everytime to prove we did actually pay. So for that I don't give 5 stars because it was stressful not being able to get in our unit for over a month when we needed to. But they have kept good security over our things and he has been nice and unlocked the unit every time we've called to tell him that we are locked out again (which happens monthly literally - 7month). I don't know how the computer program is run for places like that but I wish it could be a bit more organized maybe? But since I don't fully understand or know how to run a place like that myself I will give the benefit of the doubt that it is something that is harder to perfect then I realize!
