“You always see at Family Dollar and Dollar General Stores the inventory that they can't put away because of poor MNG. Not at this location. This Family Dollar is always spotless and the staff is helpful and nice. It says ALOT about the small town values of people and how it's not only with there personal life but everything they do.”
“One of the better DG's in the area as far as selection, cleanliness, etc. Only complaint I have? Your manager(I believe she's the manager)? Yea, worst customer service/friendliness EVVVER. Never smiles, no friendly greeting, no offering of assistance. Just blah demeanor. Makes you feel like you're a burden just checking out. Doesn't say anything rude, just has a negative energy that kinda seeps out of her presence, lol. Let her manage the store, as it seems like she's doing a good job, but have someone else work the front and interact with customers.. kinda like a wizard if Oz 'pay no attention to the man behind the curtain' thing ?”
