The customer service here is top notch!!! I was in town for a basketball tournament but was looking for something specific for my daughter for prom. I called and they were super nice and helpful. They offered to go out of their way to help me get the item in between games. We live 3 hours away from this shop but I wouldn’t hesitate to make the drive over for bridal attire when the time comes. Highly recommend!!

First of all, DO NOT believe any of these 1 star reviews! There's only one thing this shop is and that's perfect. From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome. Every dress I tried on fit me well which was a big change from the other bridal gowns I'd tried on. This shop realizes that most brides are of an average size and accommodates those sizes in their sample gowns. It's so much easier to decide when you don't have to try and invision what a dress will look like with alterations. The customer service was stellar and I found my perfect dress here. If you're looking for a fun process with many perfect gowns and lots of laughs, this is the place for you!!!

Such a wonderful local shop! As a plus size bride, it means so much when a shop actually carries numerous options to choose from- and rouge does! I was blown away by the service and way they catered to me at my appointment, and by the variety of dresses I was able to try on. I found my dress here, and it arrived in June just like they said. I also purchased my veil and accessories here as well! Thank you so much Rouge for making dress shopping an enjoyable experience!

Had a great experience at Rouge Bridal! They let me schedule an appointment on a Sunday. Noelle was there and extremely welcoming to me and my family! I ended up getting my dress from somewhere else, but loved the boutique, their selection, and how they catered to us for the 90 minute appointment.

I had went her yesterday looking for my wedding dress I went trying not to get my hopes up incase I didn’t find my dream dress sure enough I found the one I love and was able to go home with it yesterday with only a tiny alteration needed! Kera was my stylist (I think that’s what you call it) and she was amazing she had pulled some dresses before I went in that were in my style and price range which made it all that better or an experience! I’m all about supporting small businesses and I would recommend them to anyone! The place is super comfortable and private there were still other people in the store but how they had it set up it felt like you were the only one! Thank you all for an amazing experience

Inexperienced staff. Snarky and rude. *edit*Wow...... I've never applied for a position at this place???? I've worked for the same place for 6 years. I came here out of state from Arizona so why would i apply in indiana...? had a horrible experience and shared my reaction. It's a shame a business has to lie. I would take your business to a much friendlier/affordable/experienced place if you're thinking of purchasing a dress. Sales person had her phone up her nose and did not pay a lick of attention to my sister. After trying to get help multiple times we just left. We ended up ordering a dress from SOPHIAS BRIDAL.

Just bought my wedding dress here a couple weeks ago. I didn't walk in expecting to find the right one, but Noelle was so nice and patient with me in my decision. She had a wonderful selection of the most beautiful dresses for me to try on and even made time for one of my bridesmaids who had come with me to try dresses on as well and we both bought our dresses that day! I absolutely recommend rouge bridal for both wedding dresses and bridesmaids. Thank you for helping me say, "yes!" to the dress!

The bottom line of my review: Bridesmaid dresses are not the quality charged for and hope and pray you get the right size.Not happy with the product I received. I flew into Indiana to get measured for a bridesmaid dress in May 2022. I received it July and tried the dress on in September (wedding is in October) because I had to leave the country for work in between. To start, the fabric and simple design of the gowns are not worth the $200 price tag, which I was already surprised with. When I tried it on, the gown is 3 inches too big in the waist and will require taking that out of the entire bottom half of the gown which is costing me $100+ in alterations. I called the shop to ask if they could work with me on cost since I now spent $300+ on a dress that was specially ordered and she said she was unable to help because they do not make profit on the gowns. She mentioned she could order me another dress if I had told her in July however it still would’ve been to big and needed alterations because the next size down was still not my wait measurement. It’s disappointing that the shop couldn’t give me a small credit to help considering they offer no alterations and the product I received doesn’t fit me. I expect this from an online shop but not from a bridal store.

Beautiful dresses with a special personal touch to find your perfect one. Reasonable tux rental that delivers right to your house without onsite measurements (too small or too large? updated sizes shipped overnight). Oh and Noelle provides a personal customer service touch rarely found in business today. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Felt welcomed and safe!! I don’t remember who was in charge of my appointment, but she was willing to take a few extra steps to show me what certain dresses would look like with straps, with different colors, etc. Ended up finding a dress!!

I went to Rogue Bridal nervous after having a not so good appointment at David's Bridal.. Noelle is absolutely amazing! She is very welcoming, and helped in every way! This place is beautiful and has the most gorgeous dresses! I would highly recommend going here because you will find your dream gown! She made my dream dress come to life ♡ I can't thank them enough! "I am down with the gown!"
