Absolutely the worst service of any dealership that I've encountered.The service on a 1 yr old 80k machine was so bad I sold the machine and every Bobcat attachment that I had purchased. Went with Deere and couldn't be happier. I purchased a new 333G that was due to arrive in 2 months and they delivered a brand new 331G loaner to my shop the next day to use until my 333G arrived. Kudos to Koenig equipment as I was paying 4k a month to rebt a machine from Catterpillar.My 1 yr old T76 was down for 3 months under warranty with no loaner or timeframe on repairs. I was told the part was backordered for over a month. I asked for the part number and found it at the very first dealer I called using a simple Google search. I then paid over $1,000 for the part and $200 shipping to overnight it. The machine then sat for another 10 days after I hand delivered a control module that takes 20 minutes to install. I had to file 2 complaints with Bobcat corporate to get my money back for the parts that were covered warranty but could not be found by Miller in 3 months. They do not care about their customers. I've since purchased 2 other machines and they are not Bobcat. If you need a parts/service for hay equipment they might be ok but construction equipment run away.

I had to purchase a " backordered" item from another dealer and hand deliver to get my machine fixed. It was still under factory warranty but after almost 2 months it was " patched" up with the $900 part I had to source. I was then told it would break down again just a matter of time. Proper wiring harness and updated hub control still out of stock and rather than try to find them they just park an 80k machine outside. I found a dealer out of state with the part on my 2nd phone call and in under 10 minutes of searching. I was not offered a loaner or even a rental. I know that CAT and Deere both keep rentals on their lots. I bought a new Deere and they dropped a machine with 4 hrs on it off to my front door as a loaner until my machine arrives in March. There was also a recall from Bobcat on the T76 with under 750 hrs and after 2 months they still had not performed the work stating that they were " too busy" this recall is only 5 hrs of work and in 2 months couldn't find time... This is a 3rd rate Ag dealer that has Bobcat machines on their lot. Save the headache and go buy a CAT, DEERE or a Bobcat from an actual dealer.

Very knowledgeable staff. Great service department, they normally stock what I need. If not they can get it in a timely manner. Their service department has done great on my bobcat needs. I recommend them.
