This store has came along way in the past 6 months CLEAN has a great friendly staff now and as a customer we can move thru the aisles with out having to move box after box or cart after cart to shop

I live less than 1 mile away from this Dollar General store I used to come here all the time when it first opened now I dread coming here if I can avoid it, I doIt is a complete 360 from when it first opened Now it is in need of some major major help The way the store sets right now It’s a lawsuit waiting to happen. Somebody is going to get hurt in the store trying to get around it or trying to move things to get things off the shelf Or to just get down the aisle! because you can’t get to anything on the shelf you can’t get in & out the aisle with maneuvering around things or moving boxes and carts all on the way.This DOLLAR GENERAL it needs somebody who absolutely cares about that store & it’s customers like MEL did when She was the manager of this dollar general storeWhen Mel was the manager of this store that was probably the cleanest most organized Dollar General I had ever been in now. It is probably the most unsafe & worst one Dollar General I have ever been in. I am just letting whoever corporate, the owner who who ever read these reviews that’s in charge of that dollar storeFIX your dollar store before somebody gets hurt, I guarantee you’re losing business now versus when it first opened and when Mel was manager over that store.I’d much rather drive across town to the much more smaller but cleaner safer one across town at least there they don’t have all the carts and boxes setting everywhere everydayI understand on truck day but this dollar general looks like this everyday

I live every close to this store, so I find my self coming here a lot. I spend most of my money giving that I'm a teenager. So I went there picked out what I needed and payed then left and I also used the self checkout due to lack of employees, I was on my home when a cop stoped me and asked me what I was doing he then proceeded to ask if I stole from the store(I didn't). He then had a cop go to the store and another one to help him. The store called the cops on me because there self check out told them I payed for one thing and nothing else. But if the people/ employees that are there to get paid for doing there job would of did there job, and I didn't have to use there self checkout everything could of been avoided. I was very disappointed in the way they took to handle this situation.

Good store in general. No pun intended. But sometimes they're out of what I'm looking for and there tends to be stock sitting on carts in several of the aisles.

This store needs better Management. This is a very unorganized, filthy, cluttered, dysfunctional store I ever ever seen. They need to hire someone to clean it up and make it look like a store is supposed to look like. Like WOW. Can't believe it looks like that.

The store in Greensburg, Indiana is needing some major help! The aisles are full of boxes of things needing to be put on shelves. The store hasn't been opened very long, but by the look of it, you would think it's been open for years! It's filthy, shelves are in bad disarray and tubs stacked everywhere.

Usually great, very convenient. But my last trip was terrible customer service. The older gentleman who was running the register started our transaction by answering his cell phone, and continued on with his conversation until I questioned my total. He offered little to no information on if my digital coupons worked and was very irritated that I didn't want to pay $10 more than I was expecting to. He continued to ask me for payment and refused to itemize my receipt and coupons. He got more upset when I said I wasn't going to pay again and that he had to void the transaction, which consisted of about 8 items. I moved away towards the front door to let the customers behind me check out and check my phone to see that my coupons had sent properly then he basically yells at me to leave while he is checking out the next person.
