Very unfriendly lady at cash register. I said hello while looking straight at her as I entered and she didn’t say a word. This isn’t the first time I’ve had this encounter here. Didn’t say thank you or anything when she closed the sale other than, do you want your receipt?

Poor customer service by old lady. If you’re not tech savvy then just ask for more training. Avoid going back and forth with your customers knowing that you don’t know it all.
