“We recently had to let go of our dog Chloe. Dr. Crowe, and her staff working on the morning of 8.2.24 were the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible day.
They were so kind and compassionate. I can't adequately express our gratitude for how they helped us through that time.
Thank you.”
“Even though they are not accepting new pets they did say they would squeeze my elderly moms dog who hurt his paw. They were so NICE and good with him. I wish they were taking new patients.”
“Just had my boy neutered and my girl spayed. Was extremely pricey but I honestly wouldn't trust anyone more than I trust Dr. B. He's fast, to the point, and compassionate about our fur babies.”

The box appeared to be altered after someone scratched out a section on the side with a black Sharpie. In concern it may have been an expiration date I called the 1-877 number to see if they could check that the product was safe via the lot number. Turns out it was a tracking device to help the company track who the product was sold to and how it was stored, etc. The lady that assisted me (I believe her name was Sara?) was very professional, friendly and helpful. She was patient with me and listened to my story and answered any questions I had. She informed me of what that information was that was scratched out, as well as on that fact that while it is an OTC product, they only sell to vet offices. I appreciate the time that was taken to assist me in this matter.”
“I cannot thank them enough! My cat Frejya ingested some of her flea meds. Causing her liver to take damage. They took her in no hesitation today. Gave her medication, and medicated food to eat at home. They are even doing blood work to see if anything else shows up. They have most likely saved her life, or at least gave her a fighting chance. Thank you so much for helping her!”
