Been working with vails for over 20 years and their exceptional customer service and quality is surpassed by none! Definitely recommend! My Shelby gt500 was completely restored from the ground up by vails and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

I 100% recommend going to Vails. It was a minor fix but Ron Vail fixed my taillight issue after going a solid month with no turn signals or taillights working. Ron fixed my problem within 10 minutes of me being there. I know this would be a minor problem for most, but I appreciated his time and how quick he was to make sure I was taken care of! Vails definitely puts their customers first!

Great experience!Ron and his staff are all very friendly, honest, and welcoming! They are very car/Ford (mustang) knowledgeable. Not one thing about my experience was similar to a typical vehicle purchase. Zero pressure involved to make a sale. 100% recommend!

The folks at Vail’s picked up a couple items we needed to sell. They did a great job at handling all the details and providing a check on the other end. We wanted a worry free transaction and that’s exactly what Vail’s provided.

Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The owner Ron is very hands on with the business, i felt very secure with my dealings with him, you just never know. I drove 11hrs to see a car that he described a bit on the phone I felt confident. So I drove there and purchased a 1970 cougar off Vails I was very happy with the car. He has some very cool cars there I purchased 1 but would of loved to leave with 2

I’ve had my ‘67 Mustang for 7 years now and it was a project to restore. It’s not a trailer queen but an every weekend for fun car. I try to do all the work on the car every chance I get but every time I get myself in trouble these guys bail me out. They always take time to give me pointers and suggestions and every time I’ve had the car in their shop the car comes back in great shape and the work is great. They are my go-to because they are more than just a place that sells classic cars and I appreciate their help.

Have literally been dealing with vails classic cars for 24 years and have bought or traded a half dozen mustangs with them. Always impeccable service, knowledge, and fellowship. Just bought a 73 convertible from them and I absolutely love it. They've never gone wrong with me.

These guys have been helping me restore my '67 Mustang for the last 7 years. I appreciate that they take time to give me suggestions and pointers because I try to do as much work on my own as I can. When I screw up though, they have always been there to bail me out and when my car comes back it comes back exactly as I expect it to.

My experience of buying a car by internet and getting it shipped to California was flawless. Ron and Nathan at Vails Classic Cars promptly answered by calls and emails. They arranged to paperwork and the shipping and made it worry-free. I highly recommend them for a car purchase - even at a distance.Dr. John GainorSanta Barbara, Ca.

I recently purchased a 1923 Ford T-Bucket from Vails Classic Cars. I drove the car home and parked it in my garage. It would not start after that, so I called and spoke to Ron the owner and he immediately sent a mechanic to my home. The mechanic thought that the fuel pump went out. Ron kept in touch with me and came to my home himself with a trailer and took the car back to his shop. He found the problem and corrected it at no charge to me. I don’t think you could ask for better customer care than that…. I would definitely say that during my time at the shop I was treated with the utmost respect from everyone there. I would recommend Vails Classic Cars to my friends and family. Thank You Vails!!!!!
