Shout out to the team at University Loft. Not only has my bedroom sets lasted for 6 kids over 24 years, I recently contacted them to replace two wheels which went missing after a move for the slide out drawers for under the beds. Jen and Jason found the old wheels and sent out replacements … get this, for free and no charge for shipping. Thanks for the great customer service. I have and will continue to recommend your American made quality product.

We have had our beds for years and they still look and feel brand new. The quality and sturdiness is too notch. I recently ordered a bed attachment and there was a hiccup with the delivery. University Loft was quick to help fix the issue which was not even their fault. They were friendly and had great communication. Wonderful customer service!
