Checking reviews on here before I make a trip to look at a vehicle for my dad. Called them earlier in the week, they answered the phone with “Hello?”
After a short conversation, it ended with “our hours online say we open at 9 am, but I usually don’t get here until around 10.” Real professional.

Had the pleasure of checking out two cars I had in mind with Scott and decided to purchase one. Was a good experience and no pressure, Scott answered all the questions I had and even helped me figure some paperwork/warranty info after the fact. If you have any cars in mind here I’d definitely recommend coming in person and checking it out.

I bought my 2 vehicles here. The folks here are pleasant to deal with. The reason I gave three stars however is the last vehicle I purchased a truck they said had stellar maintenance records. Not sure how much they really know or check out their vehicles, but one year later and only 8k miles added on truck and thechevy dealership is discovering roughly 4k in repairs needed. I highly recommend having vehicle examined by another party before your purchase and get the extended warranty if you do buy from here I'd be screwed if I didn't do that. Next vehicle I purchased will be elsewhere definitely lost my business on this.

I had a great experience. I have been shopping for a vehicle for about 3 months. I found what I wanted at a very fair price. I had no complaints about the people working there. In fact I found them to be easy to talk to and work with. I would definitely recommend them. My experience with them was great!

Buyers Beware! VERY Rude and Disrespectful. I went vehicle shopping last Tuesday and stopped at US Auto Group in Greenfield to see what they had to offer. I am not looking to finance. So upon arrival, I walked in and spoke with Scott. I was straight to the point and asked him if he had any vehicles around $10,000 or less. He informed me that he had a 2011 Ford expedition for just under $10,000. After going out and visually inspecting the vehicle, I asked to test drive the vehicle. I did test drive it and was interested. I went back inside and told Scott I was interested and asked him if he had a carfax on it. This is where things started going south. The vehicle had at least 3 reported accidents (rear ended) and one of them hit a deer. After attempting to negotiate a cash price, Scott (owner) began to get rude. I offered him $9,000 cash and explained that my concerns were that the vehicle had at least 3 reported accidents. His exact words were "What's that matter for?". I was shocked by his comment and simply just asked if he had a card and went on about my day. Fast forward to today, I called Scott this morning at 9am during normal business hours and asked about the vehicle. He acknowledged the vehicle and said no one was at the building but someone might be in today. I explained who I was and asked him what his cash price was. Scott immediately started getting very rude. He stated that I woke him up and that it was Thanksgiving. I informed him that Thanksgiving was yesterday and that I was calling him during his normal business hours. He then went on to say that he wasn't going to argue and to call him Monday and hung the phone up. This is terrible business and NOT the way businesses should treat potential paying customers! After my experience with Scott, I looked up his business reviews and there are many others stating the same thing. Please look for yourselves. I typically don't leave reviews but this blew my mind how I was treated and I felt like this review is worthy of my time. If you read his businesses reviews, you will also see how he responds to his negative reviews. Very bad business in my opinion

I spoke with Scott Griffin (employee) to arrange a car purchase on a Saturday, for Monday. At that time, I told him I was paying cash for the deal and would be there on Monday. On Monday morning, I called Scott and told him I was on my way (a one hour drive). He acknowledged. Upon arrival, I walked in on him selling the same car to another customer. I told him "No Thank You and to have a nice day." He proceeded to follow me outside to my car and scream "this is business" as his justification for no courtesy phone call to avoid wasting my time. If you choose to do business with US Auto Sales Group (Greenfield, IN), then this is what you should expect.

I wouldn’t recommend them. Sold a mom of three a Jeep wrangler with a blown head gasket. Only had It two months. It smelled like antifreeze when I test drove it . I was hoping it was the thermostat getting stuck open . Gaddis informed me that 90% of the time if you smell antifreeze it’s the head gasket. My fault for not knowing any better . I bet they knew though. Leaving a review in hopes this doesn’t happen to another young mother .Reply- The smell was mentioned. You responded with everything is sold as is. Which is fine, and is why I did get a warranty. It was diagnosed. My claim has been made. It will be fixed. The point of my review is so someone like me is a aware and won’t make the same mistake as me when looking for a vehicle.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMAPNY!! Bought a vehicle from them 5 months ago!! Having lots and lots of issues, called and was spoke to like I was stupid!! Come to find out I was sold a vehicle that had been wrecked!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I bought a vehicle from this company. Was told when I called they don't provide car fax reports. I find out on my own that my vehicle has been wrecked and now I'm screwed with their problem!!!

Don't waste your time going there. Only made 3 car payments and my fan belt broke. I have no defrost, heat or air. Called and talked to the salesman who sold me the vehicle. He called me Karen and told me to calm down and there was nothing they could do. He hung up on me. Worst dealership ever

Had a great experience with US auto group! I called them on Monday was driving very nice car home Tuesday with good interest rates and a payment I can afford! Mark and Scott were extremely helpful and explained every thing well. I highly recommend US auto group!

We were just driving by and my husband spotted this on the lot. It was almost time for the business to close. The salesman, Mark Meier was very helpful and went beyond helping us with this transition. Needless to say, we were there longer than the business was supposed to be open, but a deal was made and we left with a vehicle we were very happy with. Thank you Mark for going that extra mile and making this car buying experience a pleasant one.

Mark & Scott were both a pleasure helping with my purchase. With a recently filed chapter 7, the transaction went very smooth, and my questions were answered up front. This vehicle is amazing for the cost and it so clean. I highly recommend US Auto Group for your future car purchases!!

Honestly, overall a good experience. Went with my kids and fiance to look at a car and the salesman had no problem offering the keys and letting us buckle the car seats in it for a test drive . He didn't have to dabble in our credit when purchasing, got us approved right away, and got out some crayons and coloring books for the kids while we did business. I didn't have to lift a finger besides to sign the papers, he called and got my insurance set up, along with gap insurance, explained the factory warranty and added on to that . Drove off with the car that day and don't even have to pay my first payment for a couple of months . Great place to go !
