I went in to meet Devon, the store manager, and he was able to not only get us in and out quickly, but also didnt charge us since they were able to repair the tire. I purchased a replacement alternator for my '97 F150 w/140,000+ miles on it.
Over two years later it failed. True to his word Phil replaced the alternator at no cost, including labor, and thanked me for my business.
I don't think that would have happened at a dealership.
You might find someone cheaper, but good luck, later on down the road, when something goes wrong.
