I generally don't leave bad reviews, but moving forward I will not even buy a nut or bolt from this place. Recently I purchased a washer/dryer combo nearing $3000. I have purchased 4 other appliances in last 5 years from here and never had any problem until now. I was told that they recently contracted out the delivery and installation. Buyer beware because they do not know what they are doing and they allow this contracted business to make decisions on whether or not they will be coming to your home and store management states they're hands are tied and can do nothing for you . They incorrectly installed the unit leaving a shipping bracket on and refused to come out and remove. The machine was so heavy we could not move it out from the wall to remove ourselves after several weeks of back and forth we finally paid a moving company to move it so we could remove the bracket. If you are unable to install your own equipment go elsewhere someplace that values customer service.

This is a great hardware store and home store in the Greenfield retail area. It has tons of stuff from tools to plumbing to electrical to lumber to Holiday decorations to flooring. Everything you could want from a large box hardware store. I came here to get Traeger pellets and they did not have the ones that I wanted, but they do have a good selection of them as well as Traeger accessories and, Weber grill accessories, and grills. They have a ton of holiday items, including reeds and decorations, poinsettias and a Christmas tree lot. I don't come here very often and even though they didn't have what I needed this time I will soon be back.

We went to greenfield home depot just a few minutes before they closed. We were Worried it was going to take us a while to find the correct plumbing adapters and pipes we needed before they closed when a nice gentleman who's name was Roger asked if we needed any help. We told him the sizes and parts we needed and he instantly went to each part with no second guessing and very quickly got everything on our list in less then 10 min. Thanks so much for all your help Roger.

It is one of the stores where I shop the most but I like MENARDS better because it gives me very good coupons and Home Depot does not.

Very clean, prices comparable to other locations. Right in the middle of the main intersection for this town and close to other stores. I don't think there are other competitors nearby in regard to home repairs. Staff is helpful, friendly and always willing to help.

I went in today to purchase 2 things..of course I had to self checkout. I was trying to use a Visa gift card. Of course the card reader wanted a pin. There's no pin it's a credit card. Unfortunately I had to interrupt the 2 teenage girls from chatting. The 1 came over and said oh I don't know how to use those. The 2nd girl came over said yup you need a pin. I explained I do not need a pin. She said well you must not have enough money on the card. I explained yes I do. I'm sicknof self checkout and incompetent employees who get told you just have to stand there. You won't have to really do anything to assist a paying customer.

Bought a Husky toolbox for my daughter to use as a horse tack box where she rides. The only issue was that Grandma gave us Visa Vanilla gift cards to make the purchase for her 14th birthday. Both me and customer service had to try running the cards for 15 minutes to find out how to get the money accepted. If you have prepaid gift cards... plan to have them entered manually and know the exact amount on each card.
