The store has a lot of options. They are pretty expensive compared to other places around town. Their building is dilapidated. It desperately needs a refresh and a new coat of paint.

Just thought I would give the crew of Team Image a shout out. I have had several custom orders done. From embroidery to graphic design. They always get the job done in a timely manner and done to my satisfaction. As far as the pricing for what they have done for me, it has never made me flinch. ? so that being said. They're local and I will always support that.

Called about an order we placed that was told would be shipped to our house no later than Sept 2nd if not sooner and still haven’t received. No one seems to know what is going on where the order is located, who is in charge. Talked and even have emails from Tracy but when speaking to Tracy she tried to say it wasn’t her and hung up on me. Very poor customer service to someone who would spend hundreds of dollars at this store if it wasn’t for this poor service!!!!! Sad to say I have given them many chances to correct their mistake and it’s not yet corrected!!!! My kids just want this hoodies they order with their own money!!!

Received an email from eastern Hancock schools saying team image was having a sale on apparel and to order online before the sale was over. Hoodies were $31 and $38 with the “sale” but I chose to go into the store and low and behold, their regular priced hoodies are only $25 ? soooo I decided to obviously save some money and buy in the store. The women said they were selling a lot of the eastern apparel at the game this evening so the selection may be limited. I found a hoodie in my sons size but not mine and I asked the lady if it was possible to find a medium in the items they already put away for the game, but she really didn’t want to do that so she said I would have to look for it at the game and I told her I wasn’t going to the game and she just shrugged. So I guess that sale wasn’t important at all to the company, lol. It was the first time I have been in there and I felt like they were just watching me the whole time and didn’t really care if I purchased anything. Welp, I tried giving business to a local company and they just didn’t want my money ?
