Let me preface this by saying I never leave reviews, even in bad situations but I felt compelled to do so after our experience. My son had a birthday party here. Every single staff member we encountered were rude and not helpful. This is from the phone call to the bowling alley to try and book a party. I was told to call back a different day because they were busy. I did this & booked but was not given any details about pricing of the pizza, drinks etc for the party or that we had to provide our own utensils. Showed up the day of in a very long line and they were disorganized and didn't know which lanes we were going to use. Finally got lanes to bowl and the party before us were still in the room after their time was up. When our pizza was ready they finally kicked them out (45 min later) and I could set up. There was no cleaning up after the party before us. We went to ask for forks and they were extremely rude saying they cannot provide us with forks and we should have been told this so we ran to the gas station during it since we were not told. Checking out to pay and no receipt was given to me so I can only assume it was $94 for 3 Lg pizzas & 1 pitcher sprite which would be outrageous. I tried to make sure we were only paying for the 3 we needed that day and not 4 that we originally thought and was blown off. Wouldn't recommend for a birthday party unless you like disorganized & rude staff making you feel like an inconvenience.

Do not get lane 21. Lanes on both side were getting quick returns but lane 21 tools it’s time returning balls. Lost a lot of time waiting for ball return. Lane jammed multiple times and service wouldn’t give us time lost for maintenance. I would try to get lanes 23, 27-32. Those lanes had very fast ball returns.

I took my grandson so he could go bowling with his class he had a great time . The staff was very helpful and it's a very nice and clean environment

We came here for a group event. It’s a small town bowling alley, take that as you will. Bathrooms were nice and clean. We didn’t go in the arcade so can’t speak on that. Prices seemed pretty reasonable or cheaper than going into the city.I’m mostly writing this review for the pizza. I love pizza and make my own using a wood fired pizza oven (so you could call me a pizza critic of sorts). I saw all the reviews but no pictures so I was skeptical of how good it really was…but I have to agree. It is a delicious tavern style pizza worthy of any bowling alley nostalgia. I’m not sure how a more complex pizza would taste but the pepperoni is good quality. I’d stop in just for a pizza sometime.Here’s a picture for you picky people who need to see the food first. Hope it helps.

The Lanes were great but the scoring system was a little off so that was frustrating. Other than that it was a really clean, friendly, and nice place to visit.

Don’t bother trying to reserve lanes on Friday or Saturday for a party because it’s a no! No real customer service. Was told I’d get a call back and never received one. Very difficult to get any real answers and was given attitude from more than one person when I asked very simple questions. I’ve enjoyed my time here in the past but that was a few years ago.

Had our daughter's bday party. The staff was very accommodating and great to work with. It was also extremely reasonably priced compared to everywhere else we looked.

An excellent location for family gatherings and charity events! An excellent, professional group of staff are there ready to serve. The facility is well kept and clean, and has all the modern touches of any respectable bowling alley. Many thanks to Strike Force personnel for being so gracious & accommodating!
