Lady had no customers at 9pm, couldn't walk out for 15 seconds to swap propane. Said I needed to wait til 10pm and come back. 3-15-24

This is a very large store, and is kept pretty clean. The staff behind the counter are usually very friendly and accommodating. Typically the prices at this station are a little lower than surrounding stations. This is one of my go to stops in Greenfield.

Pumps are shut down with "out of order" cards in the card slots. They are too small, so you don't find out the pump is off until you get out and try to get gas. Stupid. Make the signs bigger so customers don't waste time stopping at those pumps. At the pumps that do work, there is this muck you walk in and track into your car. Seems like someone could clean these areas up.

Looks better on the outside than on the inside. Definitely feels like a “Midwest” gas station. *shudders* visited at 2:45 AM. Pumped up. Prices were higher than avg for gas. Toilet wasn’t the cleanest and large stall was out of TP.

My wife and I are very very disappointed at the way the skinny unattractive woman wearing a ponytail and eye glasses, scanned our lottery tickets today. First of all my wife lottery is on her phone. So my wife shows the woman her phone and tells the woman exactly what she wanted scanned. Instead. The frail woman takes the phone scans one ticket and then lays the phone down and goes to the back of the store. My wife then ask the bigger woman where was her phone. The skinny woman then comes back confused and still did not give my wife her phone. Yet instead screwed all my wife lottery tickets up and did not even apologize for any of the inconvenience that was caused. The line was extremely long so we will never come again. Please hire competent people who really care about customer service. If I could give 0 stars I sure would.

I have been in consumer package goods for 30+ years. I know how much this stuff cost, what they sell it for and their profit margin. Absolute highway robbery. All the customers should be more ashamed for paying it than they are for charging it. They sell nothing but sugar in there. The offerings of diet soft drinks are pretty sparse. All those cooler doors and so few diet offerings. I guess it doesn't matter, I wouldn't pay the price anyway. I pay at the pump because they trust no one and maybe use the restroom. Otherwise, I won't even go inside. The restroom always stinks.

I gagged when I walked into the bathroom it was so bad. And when I returned to the car the smell had stuck to my shoes because the floor was so dirty. I don’t understand how an employee can go into a bathroom that is that disgusting and leave thinking that’s okay.
