Our upstairs plumbing bursted and water damage all but destroyed our foyer ceiling. Anthony Whitis responded and was AMAZING. He put up clear plastic to block off the rest of the house, worked quickly and very neatly. When he was finished, I could not tell he had even been here. There was no mess, dust, or sheet rock anywhere on our staircase or floors. I am a property manager and work with a lot of after disaster companies. I would highly recommend this company and want to give the highest gold star to this employee, his professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Thank you Anthony & thank you Restoration 1!!!

My washing machine leaked and completely flooded my basement. Robert came out quickly and got to work. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I had a huge leak in my basement and just puddles of water. I called restoration one and they sent out Jeff. He arrived quickly and got straight to work. He set equipment and got the drying process started. Over a day or two it’s really started to dry out and he was able to salvage most of the flooring. There was one carpeted spot that he could not salvage but the company took care of that and got me with a company to find the replacement and install it.
