“David at the Greenfield, Indiana location went above and beyond to help us. After going to an Indy location and getting told "go look outside" and an associate being told to help us and stopping to help other people, we made the 30ish minute drive to Greenfield. There was no hay on the shelf, he scanned it and went to the back pulled down several unmarked pallets to find us what we needed. He never once seemed irritated, even with it being right before the store was closing.”
