Today I came out from my workout at Planet Fitness, and my car would not start. I was stuck and did not know a local mechanic! After reading positive Goggle reviews, I called Kenny. “Out of the three times I’ve been here, two have been absolutely wonderful for my oil change. Once with an older man who informed me of the day’s women’s discount (I did not know of) and helped figure out what oil my car used (which I did not know) and the third with a man who, although seemed stressed, told me how long the oil filter that I needed, which they did not have at the moment, would take to deliver and offered me another time (he also went through every process correctly for the change). The second of which, was absolutely horrid.
For background, I am female and was 18 at the time of the change. At this point I knew what my oil costed and what kind I needed. After getting in I hopped out and told them I was there for an oil change, to which the man looked at his buddy, chuckled, then looked back at me asking “are you sure? It’s expensive.” I said I was sure and he proceeded to ask if I “even knew what kind of oil I needed.” I told him I needed synthetic oil, it would be $80, and he sarcastically responded “ooooo, someone knows her stuff. They didn’t reset my screen or place the reminder sticker on my car, which didn’t matter since I knew how to reset my own screen and know when to get my oil change, but it made me think about not coming back to the location for my third change. Hoping my 4th visit is more pleasant.”

“Needed tires quick since the pressure light was on, and we had a family trip planned. I called and talked to Kyle. He informed of an awesome deal with same-day availability for installation although they were very busy. The staff kept me informed and even though a stuck bolt pushed my turn back over an hour, he still made sure my car was done fast in order for me to beat the bus home for my kid. Very helpful and kind.”
