I just recently bought a Bowles mattress at Long's in Greenfield. It is my first time buying a Bowles mattress and I couldn't be more pleased. Doug is an excellent salesman.

Overpriced mattresses most were $1300 for Twin size and even more for sets and firmness and quality that was not like bubblewrap on cardboard

Ray worked with us very patiently as we visited him four times trying to determine which mattress we wanted, answered all our questions and knew the answers to every complex inquiry we had. He definitely did his homework, and thanks to his knowledge we got a mattress that exceeded all our expectations.

Guys did not cover up shoes before going upstairs on carpet. Scratched the wall going upstairs. Didn’t say anything about mattress sliding all over bed frame and what to do to prevent it from moving. Love the mattresses, need to work on delivery method.

We had an excellent experience purchasing a new mattress set at Long’s Mattress. We really appreciated the low pressure sales and the knowledge of the employee. Delivery was fast with great service. We are very pleased with our new king mattress set.

The two men that delivered the mattress and platform were friendly and quick about bringing everything in, I would definently buy here again and recommend Longs Mattress in the future.
