They had me picking up a monthly medication Weekly for 3mos. FED UP I finally asked why? The pharmacy said it was 'per my script' which was 100% WRONG / A LIE been on the same medication & dosage for 14yrs, then the pharmacy blamed my insurance NOPE I called insurance - it was the Pharmacist 100%It got corrected after 3mos but if they're that careless reading scripts I don't trust them & took my business elsewhere.

My bank, pharmacy are located in this Kroger and I can also buy almost anything I may need! One stop shop, Convenient.

Every single time I need my prescription refilled they delay it. So I have to go several days without my prescription every single month.

I went to the produce section to buy a bunch of produce and there was an empty box, so I went to grab it and was rudely told by an employee that it wasn't an empty box, but part of a display and that I could not have it. Then the employee told me that they could go back and get me a box they felt I could use and bring it to me. He brought a box to me and I refused it and said obviously empty boxes are very important to them and I didn't need it. I did not accept the box, but during checkout I did mention it to the cashier and she stated that Kroger changed their policy about empty boxes a month ago! We love Kroger but maybe Aldi or Walmart are better options since you covet empty boxes!

I don’t usually do reviews but this is the worst treatment I’ve ever gotten from a pharmacy. They were so rude when I just asked a simple question and then continued to act like I was significantly burdening them because I needed my prescriptions. I immediately had my prescriptions sent elsewhere. I do not recommend.

worse grocery store in greenfield. poor supply of goods. never any carts available at entrance. sloppy housekeeping. very limited choices of food.

Their produce dept is not fresh! Lots of rotten product on display- you would think they would have someone cull out the bad produce every morning. Prepackaged grapes in plastic container were old- brown stems and the grapes starting to shrivel at the top. As much as they are charging you'd think it would be fresh! I'd rather see their shelves low to empty than have to try and pick through the display to find acceptable quality.

What the heck Kroger! Kroger tricked my grandma into buying fat. I'm from out of town and can't find her receipt for this 80% fat bacon! Now I can't return it. Thanks for the bacon bits

I do not use this pharmacy. My doctor called in a prescription because GoodRx showed this was a cheaper price (Not the cheapest). My doctor called in the prescription Friday morning. I forgot about it and while shopping in here Sunday afternoon my wife reminded me. Nobody in line and I walked right up. Wow. It wasn't ready. You had over 48 hours and it's not ready. I can hardly wait to start riding this disaster. Looks like no difference between the pharmacy and the store.

Pharmacy has gotten so bad and I can't switch. Days to get a medicine filled, oh it's in stock, it just takes days to fill for some reason! U have to constantly call to make sure meds will b refilled in a timely manner (hopefully) and follow up on everything! It's annoying and ridiculous. When the last pharmacist left, Brittani' I figured it would go back to being a great place but it hasn't. She changed the pharmacy in about every negative way possible and it still hasn't recovered. There are still some great people here but something with the system is broken. Pay these girls better and treat em right and stop spreading them so damn thin! I've spoken to the store manager personally on multiple occasions and he couldn't care less. My guess is the crappy attitudes and stress on the employees has a lot to do with management. When u are in management and allow the elderly to be treated poorly and wait days on medicines as well, u need a new profession and to go on down the road because we don't need u in Greenfield. This store was a totally different place 2 years ago! U always left in a better mood than u came in. Now I dread even having to step foot on the property.
