I went to the produce section to buy a bunch of produce and there was an empty box, so I went to grab it and was rudely told by an employee that it wasn't an empty box, but part of a display and that I could not have it. Then the employee told me that they could go back and get me a box they felt I could use and bring it to me. He brought a box to me and I refused it and said obviously empty boxes are very important to them and I didn't need it. I did not accept the box, but during checkout I did mention it to the cashier and she stated that Kroger changed their policy about empty boxes a month ago! We love Kroger but maybe Aldi or Walmart are better options since you covet empty boxes!

Their produce dept is not fresh! Lots of rotten product on display- you would think they would have someone cull out the bad produce every morning. Prepackaged grapes in plastic container were old- brown stems and the grapes starting to shrivel at the top. As much as they are charging you'd think it would be fresh! I'd rather see their shelves low to empty than have to try and pick through the display to find acceptable quality.

What the heck Kroger! Kroger tricked my grandma into buying fat. I'm from out of town and can't find her receipt for this 80% fat bacon! Now I can't return it. Thanks for the bacon bits

Pharmacy has gotten so bad and I can't switch. Days to get a medicine filled, oh it's in stock, it just takes days to fill for some reason! U have to constantly call to make sure meds will b refilled in a timely manner (hopefully) and follow up on everything! It's annoying and ridiculous. When the last pharmacist left, Brittani' I figured it would go back to being a great place but it hasn't. She changed the pharmacy in about every negative way possible and it still hasn't recovered. There are still some great people here but something with the system is broken. Pay these girls better and treat em right and stop spreading them so damn thin! I've spoken to the store manager personally on multiple occasions and he couldn't care less. My guess is the crappy attitudes and stress on the employees has a lot to do with management. When u are in management and allow the elderly to be treated poorly and wait days on medicines as well, u need a new profession and to go on down the road because we don't need u in Greenfield. This store was a totally different place 2 years ago! U always left in a better mood than u came in. Now I dread even having to step foot on the property.

Kroger pharmacy is quite a joke example went to Kroger pharmacy to get shingles vaccination number one had no problems early October 2019 have to wait three months or more to get the second shingles vaccine wet January one day at 9 AM when they open and they said it would take about an hour to put information in the computer and get the shot all right fine I had bought some groceries had to get them home because had some frozen I'd go back the next day went back the next day just for the shot at 9 AM they couldn't get their metal doors open and pharmacy tech said they could take up to an hour fine I thought I would have her put my information in the computer and then an hour I get my shot she said she wasn't ready because she had to start up the computers it took her 20 minutes Then they told me they really didn't have time at that moment because there was one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech so they really kind of lied that I would take more than an hour they give vaccines there why can't they give them in the morning they said come back around 1 PM after two days of this I think I'm going to check with Walgreens to see if my insurance covers it only reason I went to Kroger's because of my insurance and got the vaccine for free not a very good pharmacy here in Greenfield.

This store has become a cluttered, crowded mess. It's in desperate need of a remodel / expansion.

Alright staff, mediocre shopping carts. Nothing special. This is how I felt walking in, and not how I felt walking out. Not to be rude, but the owner sucks. He harassed my mentally challenged uncle with a head of cabbage. The staff was rude and ill mannered. A lady by the name of Taqueesha attempted to beat my daughter with a cucumber because she had too many groceries, and taqueesha was "Tired of her Bullcrap". Not ok.

My visit starts with having to go back out and get my own cart. Many items empty. Only two check outs while manager stands around up front doing nothing. Finally starts to bag. Only shining part of visit was Xavier our cashier and Hannah our bagger

My go-to grocery store. Friendly staff, fresh food, and plenty of variety. The prices aren't as low as Wal-Mart, but unlike Wal-Mart I can be in and out with what I need in just a few minutes! I like that using my Kroger card earns me discounts on buying gas at the Kroger station.

Great prices. Very friendly staff. Beats going to Wal-Mart and dealing with all the dead beats in there. Wouldn't recommend buying hamburger from there.

I have had some great experiences with Kroger, and then some not so great. The pharmacy at this location is wonderful, the staff always tries to be helpful and expedite medicine refills. Many of the cashiers are very nice, great to chat with and to share a few laughs. The baggers always try their best and help in any way they can whether it's to carefully wrap glass purchases or assist someone to their car, they do it with a smile. Some of the employees seem to be on a bit of a power trip though. I took a package of veal to the meat department and asked for a markdown, the man grabbed it when he saw it had been marked for the previous day and clasped it to his breast, solemnly informing me that store policy forbade them selling it to me. As I left I told him that meant that the entire shelf of ground veal had to go... The manager in the meat department has changed and that is a shame because the one we originally had was friendly, courteous, and always tried to oblige.

Better prices than Marsh, less annoying than Walmart. Kroger always has good, fresh produce and great beer specials.
