120,000 miles of service
I purchased my 2009 Pilot new, and other than the 1st dealership visit, Jenkins has serviced this vehicle since date of purchase. There have been no issues with the SUV nor the service department and I highly recommend Jenkins. Thank you for keeping me safe and I look forward to many more years of service!

Had my vehicle towed to Jenkins Auto Repair as it wouldn't start and it smoked when trying to jump start. Phil called back the same day with the diagnosis and recommendations.
Special part had to be ordered and repairs were completed the next day.

They vastly overcharge you and don’t fix the problem. I took my car in three times for the same issue and it was still never fixed. They jack up the price by about 7 times which is ridiculous, even considering overhead and labor.

If I could give a 0 I would. I travel for work and had an issue with a lifter. The owner said he would take care of it and didn’t move it the first day. I travel for work so my truck makes me money. I was told it would be taken care of not to worry. I arrived the next day and was told it possibly needed a motor, which it didn’t. The truck was not moved and I was charged $150.00 for nothing being done. Do not recommend these people at all!!!!

I bought the car in April from Phil. When I arrived and went to take for test drive, I was told by Chase Lane it was a good car with no issues. So as I test drove it I found that all struts needes replaced. Not correct at all when i had struts replaced thr mechanic who did them couldnt even get car lifted. The unibody is gone and when i went to him about this he said i dont want a bad egg on my face. All he is worried about is his reputation not fact of the safety for my family. He is a liar, he tried to blame chase saying i told him to put on lift before someone purchasing. Had to end up getting rid of it dog walked and there was no fixing it. You could feel floor board caving in. Its ok have reported to attorney general next will be civil court. PHIL JENKINS IS A CROOK AND HE KNOWS IT IN EVERY ASPECT OF HIS BUSINESS AS WELL CHASE LANE THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. IF COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE. YOU DID THIS ALL YOU HAD TO DO WAS TAKE CAR BACK AND GIVE MONEY BACK!

Chase quoted me $300 labor to replace the rear hatch actuator on my SUV (I bought the part myself)...HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! Already had a quote of $190 from Corey's automotive (and that's with them buying the part!) I will NEVER call these thieves again.Update: Corey's Automotive ended up installing the part for $50 because it took less than 30 minutes to do

The Jenkins folks have been helpful and are upfront about what and when they can make repairs. Free estimates are great too. I brought in my Ford Expedition with a problem and they disagreed with a competitor's assessment which saved me hundreds, and fixed the problem. They seem honest and reliable and respectful.

Just wanted to say Thank You to Jenkins Auto Repair. Car broke down in Greenfield yesterday in all this bad air quality. Was really hot out there too. I called and you showed up in 15 min. Took me to shop and stopped everything and took care of my problem. So grateful I was treated so nice. Thanks to Chase Lane and Keegan Anderson mechanic. Will definitely come back if I need help again.

I paid $1200 to fixed something was dripping oil, 2 days later I find out they didn't fixed and they fixed something else than I thought was good i when there to talk to them and they wanted me to pay again to fixt the problem I wanted them to fixed from beginning I won't recommend them and if I can I will put no starts I ,they need to lear to check the cars better before they charge the big money very unprofessional

If I could leave 6 stars I would! They went out of their way to bring a new battery to me as I was stranded traveling back to Ohio. They couldn’t have been nicer either. Great company and great people!Services: Auto battery maintenance

They could find my leak after 2 visits and $3000 no rating looked at me like I was a stupid woman but could still smell the coolant leak and had to keep adding coolant. Did not care that it was still not fixed. Heard a clicking noise and was told that's just was theses vehicles do. Engine would overheat while idling and air conditioning wouldn't work. Still threw away money to rude and incompetent mechanics.

My mom used Jenkins Auto Repair for several years. She really liked Phil, the owner, and was confident in the work they did.Personally I only had a couple interactions with them when I would take her car in for her.If I wasn't so far away I would continue to take mom's car to them even though it's my car now. I really appreciated being able to pick up several years worth of maintenance and repair records so we know for sure what all was done to keep my good little car on the road.If you are looking for a shop my Momma would totally suggest Jenkins.... from heaven even.
