Audrey has been so helpful anytime my husband or I need to get our fords in for anything big or small! She also explains it all well bc I don’t know their lingo or anything about cars! She’s the best! Been taking our vehicles there for years!

I will not go anywhere else to get my car serviced. The service advisors here are amazing, especially Audrey! She always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of. They also offer pickup and drop so I don't have to make special arrangements for my car.

She always does her best to get me in as soon as possible and she is always very thorough when letting me know what’s going on. I would like to post about my experience with Capitol City Ford in Greenfield. First off I would like to say hats off to Audrey Sego in the Service Department. Every time that I have an issue with a vehicle and call she is quick to schedule an appointment and fast at getting the work done. Will definitely recommend others to take cars there.
