So, I have been calling and googling for 2 days as I would like to speak to an actual local salesman about purchasing a lift for our new shop, but all I get is a guy you can barely understand behind a desk. Can someone verify if the Indy or Greenfield store is still active and there is actual counter people you can speak to face to face. Call me old school but I enjoy actual personal interaction when I am going to buy something. Honestly at this point it’s going to cost them a sale of a 15k lift if I can’t get some answers.

Purchase a lift, it broke years later, technical service team won't call you back, everyone wants to pass you to another representative that knows nothing about the parts that come in wrong. Lifts don't last

Have bought several lifts off them with no issue. Needed to order replacement cables today, called 5 times, each time was sent to a random voicemail, finally after 7 hours, finally got through to someone who had an answer....not good.

Their customer service has gone down the hill. It’s impossible to get a hold of someone on the phone and there’s no other way to order parts for machines you bought from them.

Friendly as always, but for pickup only. I miss the showroom being open due to covid. I had a shopping list from buddies knowing I was heading down that way. Guess they not getting their stuff today

I'd buy a lift if anyone would answer the phone. Something tells me since I bought my other two lifts here, something has changed. I'm going to purchase another lift but it will be from a company who has enough staff to answer there phones! You must have enough business with out mine. Good luck!

i was going to buy a 2 post hoist a bp8000 at the end of march this year and after the first of the year the price went up about 800 bucks...GREEDY... good thing there are other companies that are still selling the same style for 1500-1700 and there close... you lost a sale

I have tried for the past three weeks to reach out and order parts, left 3 different messages and emailed and have not heard back from anyone. If you are going to sell lifts and other machines your customers need to be able to order replacement parts.
