As kind as the associate was, it is ridiculous to leave someone alone in the shop on a busy day who does not fully know the printing equipment to assist customers. I came here to print off invites, sent the file before coming in and we ran into issues with printing them off due to the associate struggling with the software. I had to have my husband come back in a couple hours later, and they aren't even the right size for the envelopes. When offering services, please ensure you can complete said services for your customers and give more support to your staff to complete their tasks when there are multiple customers waiting around.

Good company. However, if you are "helped" by Cassie, she is abrupt and has very poor customer relations skills. I am sure that she is a nice person away from the job but not in serving customers. I am scared every time I have to deal with her.

Pay twice as much money for 10% of the help--if you can get the employees who are "busy" standing around and talking to help at all. I called ahead. Got a person far too interested in getting me off the phone to actually answer my questions. Followed directions to send an email, got the email that the item was ready at the kiosk. ITWAS NOT READY. I had to enter payment before I could get a price. I wasted gas and time driving to the store to be told this was going to cost nearly $100 and have to do all the work myself. You should pay me for the gas and time I wasted having to learn how much this lack of help costs!!!

Absolutely horrible the staff inside were rude, I forgot my wallet and said I’ll be back in 5 and she lost her cool freaking out saying I can’t leave packages there and I said okay grabbed it and she kept talking back to me about how I can’t leave packages laying around lol never again

Attendant was completely unhelpful and did NOT care at all that our package, clearly marked as FRAGILE, was bashed in on one side. When I asked to open the package before we accepted it to ensure the items were damaged, she seemed annoyed that I was asking. Gee, the audacity is my bothering you to help your customers.We then started to open the package to check the items, she rudely stated that if we open the package, we have to take it. I asked what if the items were broken inside, she just repeated the same thing. I asked what do I do if the items were in fact broken, she didn’t offer any assistance but just said the policy is that “if we open the package, we have to take it, that’s the policy” Not helpful at all.You would think that if you actually work for FedEx and a shipment was damaged, you would at least try to help your customers navigate that step. It was in fact your company which was hired to ship the item and yet damaged the items in transit. Sad that this is what customer service as resorted to.

Omg never thought return a package with a prepaid label would be so difficult. The employees here are so rude. They act like taking a package was the most out of the way thing. Much rather deal with UPS.

Paid $29 to have a document shipped overnight across town. That was two weeks ago and it still isn't delivered. Plus, on one can tell me where it is.I am done using Fed Ex.

If you have printing needs avoid this location at all cost! I had two-sided business cards sent to this location to be printed. I went to pick them up and found that they had only printed one side of the cards. Thus, the business name and logo were not printed.I told the young lady working at the time, that the cards were not done correctly. She told me it was my fault and that I had to repay for the cards to be fixed. I told her I wanted a refund for the cards and she told me no because it was my fault. I ask her to fix the cards and again to fix the cards, again she said no. I told her was was not going to except the cards as is and that I wanted a full refund. She told me to call customer service because there was nothing she was going to do! I called them and they told me printing was done at the local level and they couldn't help. Thus, I was just out the money, time and effort that it took me to make the business cards.
