First time going to Family Auto Repair, but will be our go to now. They were able to get us in very quickly to check our brakes. Everyone was nice and friendly. Derek was honest and did not try to sell us something additional when brake repairs were not needed. Appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Thank you again!

I have been here a few times now. It usually takes a few days to get on the schedule but that just means they are doing good work. I appreciate Dean being honest and fair. He explains the work that needs to be done and breaks down the pricing. I'll be back.

Nov 2022, my car was in the process of nickel and diming me. This time the check engine light came on after we fueled at a nearby truck stop. Cylinder 1 misfire. We ended up in Greenfield calling auto shops. Dean answered the phone and what felt like our prayers. He and Peggy provided not only fairly priced exemplary customer service, they provided me peace of mind. They did not scoff and treat our “emergency” as a burden or inconvenience. They genuinely wanted to help. I could feel a goodness at Family Auto Repair. I would recommend them absolutely.
