Pablo is the man. Worked a terrific deal for me, had me in and out. He was the one salesperson out of 10 I talked to that actually got how to get me in the door…by not wasting my time. Worked me up a deal over the phone, and it was the same deal I got when I went in person. This dude wants to make his customers happy and he did just that. No brainer going to see Pablo at Dellen for your next car!

Dellen chevy GMC is a business with no integrity or respect for their customers. This is extremely disappointing for a local business that so many people put their trust in and depend on to do the right thing. This was highway robbery to the tune of $367 and an entire day of back and fourth phone calls and lies. Drive the extra 15-30 minutes to another GMC dealership and spare yourself the frustration.
I could write a novel, but to sum it up the service department employee lied to me and said my car was running and drivable before I told them I had a warranty on the battery that they wanted to replace from the business I purchased it from. Jeff then changed his story and said there was no way the car could be driven without them installing a new battery. Their manager, Shannon, did not return my calls after the fact.
12/10 do not recommend.

Fast, Easy, Honest. Matt Foster was an excellent salesman - great communicator, quick to respond/follow up, and zero fluff about how good/bad the dealership was doing on the deal we made, which I appreciated. The Finance Manager made good on the promises for trade in, and being a non-local buyer that was very important to me. The team also stayed well after normal business hours on Friday to accommodate a closing. Matt could have probably left during the paperwork, but he stayed after to make sure we were comfortable operating the vehicle before we left...in the end we told him we had to leave! Overall very happy with my experience...wish this was my local dealership.

Dropped it off at 7:30 AM. Dealership called around 3:30 and said oh sorry we couldn’t get around to your truck today. We were busy. Come pick it up now and we will schedule it another time. We don’t have any loaners.
This was for a warranty repair for a date they scheduled.
When I picked it up I found they left the doors unlocked as well. Nice job guys.

This was my first time at this dealership and I had a great expirence! Matt Foster is a great friendly and honest dude! Best part about them was the hospitality, fair prices and the paperwork process is super quick! Unlike other places I went to, paperwork takes hours and hours. Give Matt a call! He will take care of you!

The whole service team from the moment I open my car door to the time I leave are the best around. You are actually greeted, told a timeframe and if it’s going to take longer they come and tell you in the waiting area. You aren’t left wondering what’s happening. That’s why I switched service over to Dellen and will remain loyal to them. Great team, service and customer care!
