They have dense foam mattresses that will last and pricing is very reasonable. It's my first foam mattress and I never wake up hot.

Fantastic mattress experience. After a few foam swaps, which the company provides free of cost with 2 day shipping, we were able to get the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on. Customer service was excellent and responded quickly, even on a Holiday.

This mattress arrived and was a full two inches shorter than the correct width. This turned out to be because the foam pieces were all different sizes. The replacements they sent were even more mismatched and incorrectly cut, resulting in weirdly bulging and lumpy edges of the mattress that are really noticeable even with the cover on. I also do not like how much the edges cave in when you lay or sit on them it is really unsupportive despite buying one of the firmer styles. I feel like unless I sleep in the middle I am rolling off the sides. Overall really disappointed with the quality for the $1k+ price tag

My wife and I purchased a King mattress from Comfort Option 3 months ago and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We found Comfort Option through Reddit and glad we went this route. I prefer a firmer mattress while my wife likes a more cloud like feel so I was skeptical we would find a mattress that would work for both of us. We took the online mattress test to find a fit and it was correct on the first try! The mattress arrived quickly and you can tell the quality is superb. Most foam mattress have a horrible off gassing smell to them when they are unrolled, but our Comfort Option didn't have that at all - and I am very sensitive to smells.Outstanding customer service all around from answering questions prior to ordering, fast fulfillment and shipping.

If you live within even 3 hours of this place, it is worth coming in and experiencing what mattress shopping should be. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy in the slightest (thank you Pattie). Of course, the mattress itself is extremely comfortable, shockingly affordable, and was delivered for free within days of purchasing. I cannot recommend Comfort Option enough.

I found Comfort Option through a Reddit post, and after several months of research and saving, decided to buy the TEN-18-45 with KulKote.The customer service at Comfort Option is phenomenal. I emailed prior to buying (to ask a bunch of questions) and the response I got was thorough, kind, and helpful.After several nights sleeping on the mattress, we realized it was too firm for us, and I reached out (after the 30 nights they suggest) to see about switching the comfort layer. They asked a few questions to determine the best replacement for us, and a new comfort layer was mailed quickly! (We're in TX.)Now it's been about 5 months and we're sleeping great! In the future, when I need more than 1 bed in the house, I'm coming straight to Comfort Option. Lovely people, high quality, and easy communication. 10/10 experience!

My husband and I purchased a mattress a little more than a year ago from Comfort Option and could not be happier with our choice! We took the online Comfort Test to find out what two options would work best for our sleep-styles and then scheduled a Saturday morning appointment with Ian. Ian happily walked us through our two mattress and pillow options, let us try them out and then answered all of our questions. More than a year later, and we're still thrilled with our Comfort Option mattress. We rotate the mattress every other month and haven't notice any dips, divots or over-used spots anywhere. It's reassuring to know that once the mattress begins to wear down over time, that we can purchase the needed layer to make the mattress as good as new again. We had a Tempur-Pedic prior to the Comfort Option and were never really happy with the price we paid for a mattress that broke down so quickly. We've recommended Comfort Option to anyone who would listen :)

My husband and I ordered a mattress through Comfort Option a few months ago after I heard about it on reddit. Since we aren't local to the store and weren't able to test out anything in person, we were happy to know that we could swap out any of the layers if it didn't feel right. We love the mattress we ordered and the fact that it could be customized to our comfort level. Every night we are excited to go to bed and sleep on what feels like a cloud!

My wife and I purchased our Comfort Option King mattress almost a month ago and so far, we love it! It is much more comfortable than our traditional mattress, but more importantly, the customization process is truly unique and gives you an opportunity to try several variations of the mattress in the comfort of your own home. We found the perfect mattress for us in our living room! Special shout out to Nathan and Ian, who were very patient and accommodating and who offered to build and install our new mattress for us on the spot. They have also followed up with us following the sale to make sure we are happy. We highly recommend for the excellent product and especially the unique and consistent customer service.

I searched and researched for a new foam mattress for months. There are so many companies and options it's confusing and bewildering. Then I was told about Comfort Option. I visited their blog and their website and knew my search was over. Their attention to how you sleep and how your mattress impacts that is outstanding. Wow! Such a smooth and easy process! They came to our house in a truck with the mattress fittings and we were able to choose right then and there. Not only that but, the mattress is so comfy! I am such an over-thinker and suffer from analysis-paralysis so badly. I thought I would definitely be using the 90 day guarantee and ask them back to switch us out, but it seriously is so great I don't even want to try a different one. I am super satisfied and they were exceptionally nice and easy to work with! I would absolutely refer them again!

Fantastic way to purchase a mattess! Comfort Option comes to your home and "fits" the mattress to your taste, allowing you to try combinations and pick the one most comfortable. They build a custom mattress in your house once you have made your choice. You have full visibility into the mattress layers, and can exchange a layer if you find you don't like what you have selected.

Recently purchased two Comfort Option mattresses to replace 15 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress. After three months, I can say my wife and I both feel this is a superior mattress in every way. The price is about half of what all other competitors charge and the service they provide is outstanding. I would highly recommend looking at Comfort Option if you are considering the purchase of a new mattress.
