The representative that was in the store on July 16th, 2024, at night at about 9:30pm or so was very, and I mean, VERY rude in front of me and everybody else in the store. I went to buy products 5 products to be exact. Paid for them at self check-out on my card. The lady there (not name bombing) proceeded to grab 3 of my items that were in 1 bag and said that I didn't pay for them. She then proceeded to print a receipt disproven her theory and showed that she was in the wrong. Yes, I may have said some things I shouldn't have said. However, there were OTHER customers in the building who thought I was stealing in front of my brother. Will be reporting this to cooperation or her manager or even both. Unbelievable!!
I only gave 3 stars bc of the awesome pricing at the store, and (almost) every other employee their is great. (Gas is typically very competitive, tho) if I need to, I'll update this with a name depending on how the conversation goes.

It's a typical, older, kinda dirty gas station. Go in, get what you need, get out. The self-checkout option is a great tool though. Prefer those anytime I shop if I can't have something delivered.??♀️

The lady with the blondeish hair and glasses is my absolute favorite cashier! She works the overnight hours. She’s always so nice and the store is always stocked and clean when I go in there! I’m able to get everything I need!

Customer service has been lost. The kiosk is p aren'tointless if someone has to be there so sell cigarettes and alcohol. That being said the person should pay attention when someone is trying to get these things and ring these products up. The kiosk should be for people who wanna pre pay for gas and purchase non age restricted items. It makes no sense to have someone there who refuses to pay attention to people and gets huffy when they have to do their job. It's not our fault that you're campers hate their life and job.

Wish i could give the gas station & staff the credit it deserves but the woman who usually works the front register with short gray hair and glasses is unfriendly and would rather refer people to the self scan and get annoyed when needing anything behind the counter. Y’all need to do better.
