I wanted some pizza from my local casey’s. walked about a mile in the cold for this pizza. told the man behind the counter to make it with love, he side eyed me. can you believe that? i waited only about 10 minutes, he shoved the pizza in my hand and said have a good day, but it wasn’t a good day after i left casey. i came home to eat this so called delicious pizza, only to find out my cheese grew legs and keeps running off my pizza. i had to pick it up off the floor and slap it back on this so called pizza. (i ate all of it)

The kitchen was shut down a few days ago and we could not order pizza the chick was rude and acted like I pissed in her cearl.i just called again to see if the kitchen was open for business and she did the same exact thing. YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER FOREVER!!!! If she doesn't like her job dealing with the public maybe she should get a different job.

If upper management would pay competitive wages they would keep good help. The staff is very hard working.

I was on a layover and had breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fresh food all day. It was delicious and the people were awesome.

I've never had any problem with Casey's before I actually love their pizza very greasy and their cheese is great. I usually just get it by the slice though it's a little expensive. But today I had my own cup and bought gas went in and asked the clerk if I could just put ice in the cup and she wanted to charge me 62 cents I think that's ridiculous I know you have to pay for maintenance on the machine etc but it's just ice. I think that I should be free I always have especially if I am I pay customer. Maybe they will change their ways

Use to be my favorite convention store. Loved their pizza. Now the store is rarely open. When you do catch it open after 5pm the store is gross, employees are rude, and if there’s any food up it looks like it’s 3 days old. And then they raise all the prices. A slice of pizza might be worth $4 if it didn’t taste like cardboard and wasn’t chewy and hard. Pretty bad when speedway does better…. I didn’t know anything could get worse than speedway until greenfield Casey’s the last year. I recommend trying Village Pantry’s new pizza. I always open, much friendlier employees, cleaner and fresh food.

Tried twice over the past couple months to order a pizza. You can't order online anymore and no one ever answers the phone. The first time I waited 10 minutes before hanging up. This time I waited 20. Obviously a staffing issue but still inconvenient. Won't be trying again.

paying with my American express pre Auth for 150.00. I get the difference will come off but this is highly excessive. I drive a big Ram and would never need 150 even at Biden prices. 75.00 is plenty. fix it and I will change this.

They have donuts, pizza, Copenhagen, cases of water, beer, I mean.....what else are you looking for. All the cashiers are delightfully grumpy all the time. They're understaffed and the store is too small for the traffic it gets. It's exactly what it should be. if it was better more people would go there and it's already too crowded. Stay out of my store! It's mine! And don't you dare complain about it. Only I can complain about it!

When you redeem your points from Casey's and you don't use all the cash that is still on the card it expires in a month. That's why I use Oncue when you redeem your points from Oncue and you don't use all the cash that is still on the card you don't have to worry about it expiring because it don't expire ever.Oncue Is The Best‼
