We dropped our car off because of a flat tire. They had to order the replacement, which was fine, but we never got a call letting us know when it arrived. The lifetime balance and rotation is legit. Had some bad shake in the front of the car. Took it in for a balance and they did it for free. Car drives normal again. Thanks guys

Belle Tire is great, but this location was slow. My truck went in the bay 30 min after appointment time, and then what should be a 30 min service took over an hour. Plenty of staff around, not sure what they were all doing. I'll stick with other locations where appointment times and customer time are respected.
