They were polite and understanding helped me reverse one payment and reschedule another draft fee. I've banked with several different banks over the years. “We like Chase bank because there seem to be many around the United States. We like that, in most of them, you do get a face-to-face with an actual person. However, if you like to have the technology part and maybe don't like to stand in a line for a person, you can always use the handy automatic teller's that are in the lobbies and the foyers. The online bill pay and the use of an app make it really nice and easy for you to use them and, they will link to many of the budgeting software programs. Overall, we like Chase bank.”
