I honestly would give 10 stars if it was an option. This storage unit has the best prices for units. There are no hidden fees, they are all so nice, well maintained and easy to work with all the way around. I highly highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs a place to store their belongings until they reach the next step in their lives.

I'm giving them 3 stars purely because of the professionalism and kindness given by the staff member I spoke with over the phone. Money (pronounced Mo-nay) was very understanding and helpful during my first phone call with changing my pick-up time. I ended up getting pulled over by the cops on my way to return the U-Haul and they told me it was due to the vehicle coming up as stolen out of AZ. They checked the truck (we had just finished unloading it) and because I had my paperwork showing I had paid, they said to contact this location first thing in the morning and let them know what happened. I did that and Money was extremely apologetic and helpful as I asked some other questions regarding my reservation. Additionally, the U-Haul was clean but had an overriding smell of urine in the cab of the truck. Despite all of these issues, Money made renting the truck/returning it bearable.

I rented this spot out for work as a jump off for delivery's, the guy at the front was polite an courtesy, set up the rental quick an even held a open conversation was professional but laid pack an never had a problem with the unit.

Seems like my issues are nothing new for this location. They definitely don't give a crap about anything or anyone. Had a hitch installation from hell. Scheduled and rescheduled multiple times. Byron the GM is incompetent. They installed my trailer incorrectly which resulted in me having to call roadside assistance. Finally have escalated this to the top at corporate. At the end of the day service sucks but this place is just unsafe in general. Avoid at all costs.

Customer service at its finest! Well stocked store and easy access. "Mon'ey" is a great asset to this location with the best personality for dealing with people. U-Haul, you better do everything you can to keep her!

Horrible- I had an appointment for a hitch install. When I got there I was informed that the parts did not come in. I called to complain and I was told that my vehicle would be harder to install and I should go to the dealer. Please note, this happened after I already paid and had my appointment scheduled for more than a week. I found my exact car on their site and nothing online their site never told me that I should go to a dealer. They could have at least called me and save me a trip there. Additionally it took two weeks for me to get a refund after 3 phone calls. It didn't seem that the person at the counter or the regional manager even cared. Great way to do business guys!

The worst employees around. They advertise propane refills 7 days a week. I arrive on a Saturday @ 3 pm and nobody knows how to fill tanks. Drove over 15 miles to get there. They could careless. Never again.

What a joke. Reserved a truck and furniture pads for today. 16 days ago. Arrive at 10am to pick up. No truck. No pads. Man that helped us was less than helpful. Never again!

We did not rent a truck from here, so I can't comment on that. We stopped in for packing supplies only on two occasions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Both times nice young gentlemen went to the back room to get more packing foam for me. I was by myself the first time, so one young man helped me out to my truck with all of the packing materials. I appreciated it!!! Great customer service oriented staff here!

Just had the extreme pleasure Stopping into this particular Uhaul. I've been avoiding Uhauls for a number of years due to multiple negative experiences. I must say this perception has definitely changed, due to the incredible service plus treatment an attitude with Byron Bartlett. Byron was exceedingly helpful, Knowledgeable it helping me sort out several packing items. I also noticed, how he treated other customers and employees alike. He absolutely exemplifies phenomenal customer service. U-Haul is extremely lucky to have such a fine employee:
