Greenfield Auto Zone is the best!! Excellent customer service! Above all the kindness and help! Sean Waltz helped me, put my head lights in and was an absolute gem. My faith in mankind is restored. Above and beyond is small words to such a wonderful job.

I had a 27 month old dead battery in my SUV today! The doors wouldn't even unlock. So I had to call AAA to get going. As soon as the SUV was up and running, I drove straight to my nearest AutoZone in Greenfield Indiana. Kyle came out immediately, diagnosed the situation, and installed a new battery in no more than 10 minutes. I am very impressed with the prompt and efficient service, especially since there were several other customers in the store at the time. I truly appreciate Kyle's good service and friendly attitude, which made this unexpected development a lot more tolerable.

I Wanna give a huge shout out to William and kyle I came in because I've been having issues with my battery they were very helpful in making sure I was taken care of they even offered to help me install my battery in my car.

I just have to say I came in a couple times last week and there where 2 young gentleman that helped me. First time I needed a light bulb for my headlight they were very nice and helpful to the point one was asking if I needed help installing the bulb! It's nice to see younger generation so happy and eager to work. Then I came in again needing a few things for a car I just purchased and both of them where there again that evening. They really bring your store to life, just very uplifting and always smiling and actually know a thing or 2 about automobile's. I can't stand going into an automotive place and the employees not knowing what they are talking about , so they are definitely doing a great job! I think you have a couple of really good employees, you just can't find that these days so hold onto them!

Sheldon and Kyle went out of there to help me with my master airflow sensor. They check the air filter to make sure it was the right one too. I appreciate service like that!

I have to give a shout out to Ian, the manager. They were short handed but he took the time to come out and change my battery and add coolant to my vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you Ian for being a great guy.
