“Had an appointment for an issue with my vehicle, but in the mean time needed batteries and let them know I needed them before the appointment for my accessible van as we use it daily for my sons appointments, etc. They squeezed me in the same day and changed out the batteries and even went ahead and looked at the other issue which turns out currently isn't an issue. So grateful they squeezed me in to get me up an running for my son even though they didn't have to and are always so busy.
Last week they fixed my jeep as well in a days time with very reasonable prices. We have always had great, reliable work done by Cory's and they are always the most informative with no pressure added.”

I was traveling from Pennsylvania with my family for my Dad’s retirement party. We picked up a bolt in a tire (indiana roads 1 star do not recommend) We got in late, near midnight and confirmed the problem. Knowing it would slowly leak and leave us with a bigger challenge in the morning. we got a recommendation from my family to go to Riley Park. My sister Brooke Palmer is a local State Farm agent so she is familiar with the area businesses.
We dropped off the car around midnight and left the keys in the box with our info. I called at 8 am and they already had a ticket made. I told them about our situation they got to right away.
A few hours later they called saying the bolt was not in a good place for a repair. (Something I had also determined). They offered a range of options and price ranges and got it all taken care of quickly.
A situation that could have wrecked a happy weekend party with my family was made far less stressful by the folks at Rylie Park automotive.”

“We had to have a taillight and side panel repaired on our 2015 Range Rover, parts were difficult to find, but Mick the owner and shop manager Nathan did a phenomenal job sourcing the parts and did an outstanding job repairing the damage to our vehicle. They have 5 star customer service and are the most honest and hardworking gentlemen! When it came to quoting the damage and amount of time it would take to fix the car they were upfront and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here, they also had the interior of my car detailed too! Amazing job Mick and team!”

“This was my first experience with Automotive Maintenance Services, but it won't be my last! In fact, I've already recommended them to a friend! Today I came out from my workout at Planet Fitness, and my car would not start. I was stuck and did not know a local mechanic! After reading positive Goggle reviews, I called Kenny. He drove out right away to meet us, and within the hour, he'd replaced my car battery and I was happily on my way -- WITHIN AN HOUR! To top that off, his charges were super, super reasonable! Professional, timely, expert service, roadside assistance, and fairly priced--what more could anyone ask or hope for!? Great automotive shop! Highly recommend!Service: Battery”

“Out of the three times I’ve been here, two have been absolutely wonderful for my oil change. Once with an older man who informed me of the day’s women’s discount (I did not know of) and helped figure out what oil my car used (which I did not know) and the third with a man who, although seemed stressed, told me how long the oil filter that I needed, which they did not have at the moment, would take to deliver and offered me another time (he also went through every process correctly for the change). The second of which, was absolutely horrid.
For background, I am female and was 18 at the time of the change. At this point I knew what my oil costed and what kind I needed. After getting in I hopped out and told them I was there for an oil change, to which the man looked at his buddy, chuckled, then looked back at me asking “are you sure? It’s expensive.” I said I was sure and he proceeded to ask if I “even knew what kind of oil I needed.” I told him I needed synthetic oil, it would be $80, and he sarcastically responded “ooooo, someone knows her stuff. They didn’t reset my screen or place the reminder sticker on my car, which didn’t matter since I knew how to reset my own screen and know when to get my oil change, but it made me think about not coming back to the location for my third change. Hoping my 4th visit is more pleasant.”

“I took my 2012 Chrysler 300 in to have them look at my ac as it was blowing cold. Was quoted a price and I left. I was asked to leave a review but I didn’t think it was fair to leave a bad review for no services completed so I wrote the owner telling them this. Chad Burgess contacted me. After talking to him I brought my car back and they replaced the ac compressor. The first one was bad and they told me to bring it back on Monday gave me a rental car. They replaced it again and the ac is nice and cold. Even though it took a couple days to get it right. I got my ac fixed and was treated great. Chad Burgess got my car fixed and for a fair price. I will bring my car back to them again. Service Dept is great.”
