“I called O'Reilly Auto Parks thinking I was calling a service center. My battery had drained out as a result of leaving my mirror visor open. Because of COVID, I had not driven in almost a week, and thus... a drained battery! I was frantic! I have a Prius, and would this require a new battery? I called and the service manager said he would send someone right away to help. Still thinking they were a service center (there is one in town with a very similar name) I was surprised that when the person came and very quickly and successfully started my car, he would take no money. I don't know what auto part I need, but I aim to go to the store and support them in any way I can. What wonderful service!! Please support this store!”

He informed of an awesome deal with same-day availability for installation although they were very busy. The staff kept me informed and even though a stuck bolt pushed my turn back over an hour, he still made sure my car was done fast in order for me to beat the bus home for my kid.
