Lifetime warranty is a farce. Had to travel out of town for a few months for work and called to ask if I can get an oil change at another Chevrolet dealership while I wasn’t gone. Nope sorry your warranty is void now. Glad I wasted my time driving all the way across town for 3 years having my truck serviced there just to be locked in the balls by their service dept. Will never buy there again.

I wish I could give more stars!! After an awful first experience at a different dealership, I was nervous to try again. Willard was absolutely incredible and made the entire process not only easy, but fun too. He explained everything in depth, and the process felt much more comfortable. I cannot thank the dealership enough for helping me get exactly what I wanted and being so kind.

Everyone was so friendly. I had not purchased a car in 17 years and I felt very comfortable with the whole team. A special shot out to Josh who explained so much to me and was very patient. I enjoyed meeting Walt and Tyler too. It was a great experience!

I’ve had nothing but issues with the service here and genuinely resent that I am required to do oil changes at Kelsey to keep my powertrain warranty.
I don’t think I’ve ever had a wait of less than 2 hours for a simple oil change, and even that they’ve managed to mess up. After being told I had an oil leak and would need to come back for them to find the problem, I took my car to a mechanic I trust. They had the car for all of 5 minutes before telling me a cap was cracked , and that whoever had done my last oil change (Kelsey) held either broken it themselves or completely missed the obvious.
That’s not the worst of it, though. Shortly after buying my car, I was losing air in one of my tires. Brought it in for a fix and they patched the valve stem. It didn’t hold, so I took it back. They did the same thing. That didn’t hold either. And they did the same thing 2 more times (definition of insanity, right?). Eventually, when I called again, they tried to GASLIGHT me to get rid of me, saying the couldn’t find any leak doing a full check, and that they rotated my tires last time as well - so if I was having issues with the same tire location, well, whatever. I knew it was a lie, cuz no one had told me my tires had been rotated. So I went somewhere else, and guess what they found - a rim leak on the same tire I had been complaining about. They patched that, and I had no more problems.

We have been dealing with the Kelsey family since they took over the poorly run Lawrenceburg Chevrolet dealership. The Kelsey family (dealership) have treated my family as one of their own, not only for service, but with the purchase of my new 2016 Z71 Silverado. I would highly recommend them to all looking to purchase a new or used vehicle or needing service, you will be treated fairly and with respect, like a family member should. A special thanks to Paul Cluxton and Jay Loos for putting my truck package together. My family is a Kelsey customer for many years to come!

Purchased a new traverse and Josh was my salesman and Tyler is the finance guy and it was a pleasure working with them again.
The overall process was simple and painless and I was out the door in a new ride for the wife which she loves!
