We were on a trip to FL when our engine broke. Good things about this place: they fought with our warranty company to get us a new engine for our 2019 Ford Flex. But, that was about the only positive. They had our car for 2 months and we live just about 200 miles away. Upon renting a car and driving down to get it, they informed me that there might be something wrong with the transmission after their "test drive" But other than that it was running fine. I didn't think anything about it. I would get it checked when I got home. I drove 3.5 hours home and almost immediately warnings went off that the cruise control didn't work and the warnings didn't stop for 200 miles and no cruise control. I took our car to another Ford dealer. Turns out Haag Ford just didn't fix our cruise control they didn't even fill the transmission fluid up after replacing an engine. Now, I'm fighting for them to take responsibility for the work they didn't complete. Terrible customer service, didn't even fully fix my car after over $15000 worth of repairs.

Ryan Day and staff are amazing. Ryan sold me a car (my first) last Tuesday and today I had to take it back to get the ac fixed. Oh and the best part, I was told to come back this week and get a lower rate. I recommend going and seeing these people. Thank you all again.

Following a recent service experience with Haag Ford, I would recommend purchase/service here to anyone. I purchased a new car from this team a few years ago, and recently visited for recall maintenance. Following a battery incident, the Haag Service team took incredible care ensuring my vehicle was towed to their lot, serviced properly, and that I was taken care of. I fully expected to have to "fight" for proper service/care based on past experiences, and I was delighted at every turn with the Haag Service Team. I won't purchase/service a Ford anywhere else.

We had a really great experience at Haag Ford today. We have searched and searched for a new truck. Paul was a VERY helpful salesman, previously Justine had been helpful and the Finance manager, Jesse, did an amazing job. They all helped us drive away with the very best truck we could possibly find. I highly recommend working with all of them.

$4000.00 dollars worth of work, replacing the heater core and we get the truck back with a broken selector switch. Yes the heat and air work great , on high because that is your only choice. That screams " customer care!!" I wonder if they even tested their work.
