Paid for the $12 wash today, however still came out dirty like it didn’t even wash or spray it and usually really good. Was not happy and cannot contact them as the number does not work. Will not go back unless I get a free wash or refund. The bay next to it was down so the one I went to should have been considered down too.

Used self service and the knob wouldn’t budge off one setting. Lost almost 10 bucks. Luckily they have a comment box. I was able to write down what happened and within 24 hours or less I received a text and phone call. They made things right and made a customer for life.

The automatic machine hit my mirror and became stuck. Didn’t finish the cycle. I was trapped in the bay with the arm behind my vehicle and the door not opening to leave. I finally left with soap still on my car.

The car wash itself was wonderful. They might need some work done on the vacuums. They didn't have much suction.

The first bay would not work after I paid and it said come. Paid again and used second bay and it was fine. wrote what went wrong and submitted it. Three days later and have not heard from them. Now am disputing charge with my CC company. In addition their telephone number does not go through.

Vacuum didn't work on the rt side coming out of the car wash the car wash was great but the vacuum don't have any sugen power on the right

It did a great job on my car, which was filthy from all of the road salt. The only issue that I had was with the payment system. Although I received the 'payment accepted ', I had to back out and process it again (with the help of s couple of very kind gentlemen that were also in line). As I left, other individuals were having issues, so it wasn't me. ?

Went here and it was packed but the line went fast and there was even an employee showing everyone how to work the new touchless wash. He was very kind and helping everyone. Payed a good price for a good wash!Services: Car waxing

Pretty decent car wash but the air dryers at the end of the car wash do not stay on very long doesn't dry your vehicle enough
