Rescued Treasures Thrift store has a huge inventory of home goods, clothing, small appliances, children's stuff and much more. I shop here because I get to help the Putnam County animal shelter while shopping for treasures at low, low prices!!!

So grateful for this place! I had been searching for a blow mold nativity sent all season long that was within my price range and they cut me a great deal. Everyone was super friendly, accepting, and helpful. Worth the trip from Indy, for sure! Special thanks to the two workers who helped me with my purchase. Yall are awesome.

Went this morning to check it out needed some things for new place we got so figured might as well go here so it helps animals also. Very crowded workers and other people shopping was rude along with staring alot . Was back by boys clothes and there was a very strong order. Not sure what but was not pleasant. Looked at animal supplies they had. There was dog leashes from dollar tree for $5.00. ?. Went to check out and was in line for over 15 minutes go to pay and total was $56 and change I was over charged about cashier was rude if people are coming to your shop to help support the animals you should be a little more friendly and not screw over on price being charged. I personally don't think I'll be back there. I will go next door to goodwill(which isn't the best on the prices either but again it's the experience) who ever runs rescued treasures needs to do a overhaul on workers there

I used to love shopping here, but the prices have doubled making it a more expensive thrift store option. I understand why they had to raise prices because the last time we were there people were stuffing their carts with all the shoes for reselling. It’s a shame because it used to be more affordable. Back to Goodwill!

Great place and a even better cause. They help the Putnam County humane society. And it's so good to have people shop here and donate it is great place to volunteer your time to. They have better organization and prices then nxt door at good will. Both good places. But this really helps are local county humane society then goodwill helps locally vs terre haute since walbash valley good will. So go here first. And spend more money here. ☺

I would give it 10 stars but since I work 1st shift full time, I give it 2 stars. Only because of the hours it's open, it stinks that it can't stay open later and on Sundays.Should at least stay open till 8pm one day of the week or later on Saturday. The senior citizens shop place is the same way.

I used to really like this thrift store. Mainly because they support the humane shelter. But for some reason they have raised their prices like buying new items. Come on people, these items you're selling were donated to you. I'll be shopping other thrift stores, this place is ridiculous.

I have been going to rescued treasure since the opening, and I love it I was so happy of the prices compared to the goodwill and I try to go as often as I can, still!! However I don’t like how the prices have skyrocketed! I hope they will eventually come back down on they’re prices so people can afford to keep shopping there, I love shopping there as the next person but it sure would be nice not to have just another too high priced, goodwill/ thrift store we donate too ,only to pay double for something we want to purchase.. coming down on prices helps everyone ,to be able to shop ,and not just the lucky ones… just something to think about.. thanks for all your treasures! Everyone!

Used to be a great thrift store, but is turning into a grift store. Prices are sky high for anything special interest (not clothes). They're asking eBay prices for untested electronics, high prices for old magazines, etc. I stopped doing here as a result. There's no thrift left in the store.

Seen staff roll eyes at disabled individuals, told a person to go next door (to goodwill) if they don’t like process, difficult to navigate in store as it is overcrowded, process high. Same converse almost half price ‘next door’. Staff often condescending to customers, a few volunteers are wonderful! Some not, such as the woman wearing all black today. If she doesn’t like the clientele and wants to work in a non-thrift then please do. Use to spend over $150 per month or significantly more. Now only $25 or less.

Always a great store with good staff. Very good prices and better finds than Goodwill next door honestly. Plus you’re helping puppies and kitties.
