After reading reviews I was ready to spend hours sitting in their break room. But I was in and out in the matter of 45 min.Not easy to get to and you need to be very careful enter in the south entrance only. Also while it’s their policy for the driver to sit in the waiting area ladies in the shopping office aren’t the ones who came up with this. So arguing with them is plainly counterproductive.Very polite and clean place.

The amount of disrespect for drivers is staggering ! They will have you sitting in their building no matter how long it takes for them to finish their work. It has to be a sick mind behind "rules" like this one.

This was a pickup ... 3hrs 45 mins!!! To load queDrove in to dock area absolutely no other truck or trailer in the entire facility was told I could not be checked in until I put my truck where it was not blocking the completely empty docks ... Then made to wait in a waiting room ...as if a professional driver can't be trusted to not move truck till light truns green... So instead of getting some rest doing a little paperwork I'm sitting in a waiting room ....

Tracy and the Gang are Great!!! Be prepared to follow the rules of the game, they play hard, but with care, for their customers Freight. Large waiting room with washroom, vending machines, microwave and Coffee.Be there by 3pm to load. I think you can overnight. Big parking lot.
