We were impressed with Sean's knowledge of the different phones, the deals going, etc. Off the top of his head and impressed that he was familiar with what competitors were or were not offering. I had done a lil homework before going in. Anyway, Sean was able to get us what we needed. “Stopped in yesterday to get a new phone. I was shown a variety of phones. I got quick a friendly service. I was helped through everything. The store was very clean and organized. There is ample parking. It is a little hard to see from the road. And the best thing is if I have a problem I got a place to go back to and get helpInstead of having to call customer service and speak to someone that I usually can't understand and more often than not don't solve the problem.”
