We've rented here for years and it used to be reasonably priced, no issue. Now they've doubled the prices and will continue to raise it every year just because they can, without providing any sort of tangible benefit to their customers. From $70 to $140 in just a few years! How can they even justify it? One increase sucks, but three is just predatory. We weren't even notified of the most recent price hike until it was already taken out of our pocket. If you're thinking of renting here, DON'T, unless you enjoy being robbed.

My experience was absolutely fabulous Tasha and Amber are extremely friendly very knowledgeable of their job and to be 100% honest it's way more expensive than it was 5 years ago but because of how friendly the staff is I am paying almost $100 extra plus the fees so kudos to your staff

First time renting a storage unit and Tasha made it a smooth and pleasant experience. She graciously took the time to show me several units of different sizes and locations on the property. She was patient and answered all my questions. Office is clean and Tasha is friendly and customer-service oriented. Thank you Tasha and Greencastle Mini Mall Storage!

First time getting a storage unit our experience was great. Tasha and Amber were extremely helpful. Tasha helped us today she was so nice and explained everything and was very thorough. She even showed us how to put the lock on. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend Mini Mall they are great!
