This agency was highly recommended. And although, I appreciate the info I receive once I get to speak to a person...it is very, very, VERY rare that anyone answers the phone or returns messages. Office manager DOES NOT respond! In the end, I have had to do most of the leg work to get my insurance needs addressed. I thought it would be easier and more convenient to have a local agent who would help with our insurance needs. Sadly, it is not my experience so far.

Very quick rrimbursement for our broken windshield.. Works hard to finds us best rates on our policies.

No one can answer the phone, when they do answer the phone they have an attitude and rush you off, say they are going to call you back but never do. None of them can explain why your bill just gets higher and higher, just expect it to climb about 10 dollars each month.
